Terms of Service — Zuza-Mzansi

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zuza-Mzansi ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of South Africa to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Buying and Selling

Sellers must provide accurate, honest descriptions of all listed items.
All transactions are subject to the Zuza Escrow system to protect both parties.
Prohibited items (illegal goods, stolen property, regulated firearms, etc.) may not be listed.
Platform fees apply to completed transactions as disclosed at the time of listing.

5. Escrow & Payments

Payments are held in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt of goods in the described condition. Funds are released to the seller after the escrow release period.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive practices
Harassment or abuse of other users
Attempting to circumvent the Platform's fee structure
Posting false or misleading listings

7. Limitation of Liability

Zuza-Mzansi acts as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of listed items, or for the ability of sellers to sell or buyers to buy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
