Answers to the most common questions about Zuza-Mzansi.

How do I create a listing? +

Log in, click 'List Item' in the top nav bar, fill in your product details, upload photos, set your price and delivery options, then submit for review. Your listing goes live once approved by our team.

How does the escrow system work? +

When a buyer pays, the money is held securely by Zuza-Mzansi. It is only released to the seller once the buyer confirms they received the item. If something goes wrong, our team mediates.

What payment methods are accepted? +

We accept card payments, EFT, and payments via your Zuza-Mzansi wallet.

How do Zuza Lockers work? +

Zuza Lockers are secure drop-off and collection points at spaza shops across South Africa. The seller drops off the item, and the buyer collects it with a unique code. This is our most affordable delivery option.

Can I return an item? +

Yes. You have 48 hours after collection or delivery to inspect the item and raise a dispute if it does not match the description. Contact our support team and we will help resolve it.

How long does delivery take? +

Door courier: 2–5 business days. Spaza pickup: 1–3 days. Zuza Locker: available within 24 hours of seller drop-off.

How do I get verified as a seller? +

Go to your Dashboard → Settings and submit your ID document. Verification takes 1–3 business days and gives you the gold Verified Seller badge.
